April as a month will always be a time where I and my future colleagues take one week to break our routines and try to do something different. we will not be roasting or producing in any way during this time. I think its important to take time to reflect and think about what's next and working in a Coffee Roastery it is easy to get stuck in everyday routine that leads to little to no progress.
That is why I do this. It is not about not working, is about making sure that your routine doesn't interfere with your decision making.
