April is 10% coffee and 90% business. Something that I was very well aware off when I went into this, moving from employee to business owner and founder. Coffee is where the passion is but understanding the business side enables me to push that passion forward.
I don't believe that the world needs "just another coffee roastery" and I am spending a lot of time thinking about how April can create more value. This is the first of what will become several small talks about the business side of April.
