Coffee brewing can be difficult. Especially when it comes to evaluating the potential of a coffee. Some cups end up with a high TDS and the bitterness that comes as a result is interpret as a roast defect (the coffee being roasty) and some have a much to low TDS and gets grainy, which for some will be interpret as an under development in roast.
The point being that how you brew the coffee is very important. I want to try to give as many ideas and recommendations as possible, which is why each coffee has its own individual recipe. Apart from that this video gives you a general idea of where I enjoy the April coffee the most in terms of brew approach.
That being said I am always looking to improve and would love to hear what you guys think is the best way to brew April Coffee.
