This time it is me answering a question that I got over email. The question is as follows:
Does one roast coffee, or does/should coffee roast itself?
I suppose this question may be based on a thought that perhaps there is only one "proper" way to roast coffee, meaning, there is a roast in which the coffee is able to say everything it needs to say.
I do my best to share my perspective on it. Which would be, diversifying is always the way to go.
