This Capsule coffee is sweet, juicy and very balanced with clear notes of Jasmine, Lavender and Strawberries.
The aim was to create a transparent flavour experience that represents the partner farms we are working with around the world. We put extra focus on creating a juicy & clean mouthfeel. The capsules will have a lighter body than traditional Capsules. Always stir before drinking.
For all capsules, we recommend using bottled or filtrated water. The that water you use to brew this coffee will have an impact on the quality of the flavour in the final cup.
From the first capsule we produced, we have been focusing on pulling "short" extractions of capsule coffee - simply as we still haven't figured out an effective way to make the "long" shots taste as great as we'd like them to.
As a result, this capsule will taste the best with a volume of between 20-25g in the cup. Make sure that you stir the beverage properly with a spoon before tasting, and taste the final beverage at multiple temperatures for the full taste experience.
How to set your Nespresso Coffee machine
- Turn it on
- Place a capsule in the machine and get ready to brew
- Press down the brew button for 10 seconds (this will start and finish the brew).
After this, your machine will "save" the recipe for future brews, and you can press (once) as usual when brewing next time.
The Capsule Material
The material we are using for our Capsules is Natural Lignin, which is a wood pulp derivative, categorized as Industrially Compostable. Place it in your trash bin for compostable waste.
