Customer Service is done during Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, office hours (13:00-16:00). We don't reply to questions during the weekend. Expect at least two work days for a reply.
If you ordered before Sunday at noon your order will ship out on Tuesday. If you ordered after that your order will ship out Tuesday next week.
We don't do Customer Service via Social Media. If you write us over Instagram of Facebook we will refer you back to this page.
If your order gets lost in transit, our default action is to refund you the order. We can't afford to cover the cost of the lost shipment and send you a new one. If you fail to collect your order and it's returned to us we won't refund you the order. The refund will take place after 21 days from the date of the shipment.
At all times please reference your order number when you are in contact with us. As well as explain in detail what we can assist you with. If there is damage to your order, please include pictures.
Expect longer delivery times due to COVID-19. We expect this to continue until after the Summer of 2022. We all have to accept that shipping and tracking are more challenging than before and allow it to take time. If you choose "Standard Post" as your shipping method it's a real chance your product will be much delayed or not arrive. We recommend that you ship with FedEx. If you choose to ship with "Standard Post" accept a minimum of 5 working days from shipping date before the tracking gets activated.
Missing something in your order? Let us know what you are missing and we will refund you the item. Please provide us with a photo of the package and the content.
Pre-orders will ship out according to what we have communicated on the product page. Please read it carefully.
We don't accept any changes to your order after the deadline (Sundays at noon).
Before you Subscribe please note that regardless of when you subscribe you will be charged again on the 25th. So, if you want to avoid to be charged twice in your first month. Please place your order after the 25th.
Administrate of your Subscription
