Brazilian coffee with its chocolate and nutty characteristics often makes for a very balanced cup of coffee. da Torre is no exception. Farmer Álvaro Antônio have done a great job with this pulped natural processed Yellow Bourbon. You can expect a lot of chocolate and light yellow stone fruit in this coffee. Balanced and sweet. This coffee is not bought due to its complexity but rather the simplicity.
