Character: A well balanced and juicy espresso with notes of Stone Fruit and toffee. 

 Origin: Brazil from the region of Carmo de Minas in Minas Gerais. 

Producer: Álvaro Antônio Pereira Coli. 

Variety: Pulped natural processed Bourbon.  

Growing Altitude: 1250 meters above sea level. 

Harvest: August - September 2016.

Flavour description: Yellow Stone Fruit and Chocolate 

Delivery: Roasting and shipping is done on Tuesday's. To make sure that your order will be included in the upcoming Tuesday the order must be in by the latest Monday 12:00 (Local time Copenhagen). Shipping time will be between 3 - 7 days. 

Brazilian coffee with its chocolate and nutty characteristics often makes for a great espresso. da Torre is no exception. Farmer Álvaro Antônio have done a great job with this pulped natural processed Yellow Bourbon. You can expect a lot of chocolate and light yellow stone fruit in this coffee. Balanced and sweet.
