Founded by Copenhagen’s own Frederik Bille Brahe, Atelier September has become an integral part of the city. A place where food, design and hospitality come together in a way that feels both considered and effortless. Over the years, Atelier September has grown from a small Copenhagen café into an internationally recognised reference for modern café culture. Our relationship has always been built around a shared appreciation for quality and simplicity. We source and roast their Espresso and Filter Coffee profiles, shaped specifically for the way they serve coffee. Today, Atelier September has four locations across the city, each with its own character while staying true to what made the original so special. Together, they have become a defining part of Copenhagen’s café culture.
