Loste Café

Loste Café is based in Milan, a city with one of the strongest coffee and pastry traditions in the world. They approach both with a new perspective, combining exceptional pastry, thoughtful coffee and a strong sense of identity. Our story with Loste Café actually started in Copenhagen, where founders Lorenzo and Stefano both lived and worked for a few years. When they decided to move back to Italy and start Loste Café, we jumped at the opportunity to become their coffee partner. Our relationship is built around a shared understanding of quality and a curiosity for how things can be done differently. Different crafts, but a similar approach — start with great raw materials, understand every step of the process and continue to refine the result. They serve our SP Coffee range on espresso and rotate coffees from the April Selection on filter, allowing them to offer both a consistent everyday profile and a changing expression of the coffees from our Partner Farmers. Today, we are proud to source and roast coffee for Loste Café and to see our coffees served as part of their interpretation of a modern Milanese café. It is a collaboration that brings Copenhagen and Milan together through a shared appreciation for craft, flavour and hospitality. A special place, run by people who care deeply about what they do.
