SP Coffee Shop

This is the home of the SP Project, located in the heart of Copenhagen. A place built around a simple idea: great coffee should be part of everyday life. The SP Coffee Shop is an extension of how we work with our Partner Farmers. The project allows us to purchase a wider range of coffees from the same producers we already work with, creating more value at origin while giving us the opportunity to serve high-quality coffee in a more familiar and accessible way. Here, the focus is on sweetness, balance and consistency. Coffees are roasted with more development than our April Selection, creating a different expression while remaining transparent to the quality and character of the green coffee. The menu is simple and changes with the seasons. Espresso, filter and milk-based drinks sit alongside a small selection of food and other things we enjoy. More than anything, SP Coffee Shop is our interpretation of a modern specialty coffee shop. Quality without complication, built around good coffee, good people and the producers we work with.
