The April Roastery

April started roasting coffee in Copenhagen in 2016 with a simple ambition: to explore how good coffee could become when every decision was made with purpose. From the beginning, our focus has been on quality, transparency and building lasting relationships with producers. The Roastery is where that work comes together. Here, we roast each coffee to express the character created at origin, while constantly refining our approach through tasting, testing and learning. Today, April reaches far beyond Copenhagen, but our mission remains the same: to keep improving, to create more value for our Partner Farmers, and to shape our perspective on modern coffee.
