What is your favorite Brew Method, and why?
My favorite brewing tools are Hario V60 and Kalita Wave. I like V60 because this dripper can distribute water more evenly and centrally so that extraction can be more maximized and the resulting flavor becomes more clean, complex, and pronounced. I also liked Kalita Wave because this dripper has an immersion function so that it can maximize extraction and consistency when it is Brewing. The best coffee I have ever tried is Papua Tiyom Lanny Jaya. Papua coffee, in general, has a very intense flavor like chocolate and spices. But Papua Tiyom Lanny Jaya can change my perception because that coffee has a character like Ethiopia, which is like having the character of fruity (dried fruit, berries), floral (jasmine), and sweet like honey.
