We have bought coffee from Alejo the last two seasons and will continue to do so in the future since we believe his families farm Volcan Azul produce some of the best coffee in Costa Rica. 

This conversation is a unique insight into the mind of a modern coffee farmer. We talked about what challenges and opportunities they are facing today. As well as the long family tradition they have, with coffee trading records dating back as far as 200 years.
