This years Sparkling Cold Brew

This week, Patrik has been tasting our latest edition of Sparking Cold Brew, this time produced using a fully washed Ethiopian heirloom varietal grown and processed by Gustavo Landivar in Ecuador. We launched this product out of frustration with a cold brew as a general product. It is very rare that you find a cold brew that is as delicious and satisfying as the description and the labor-intensive nature of the product makes it difficult for small businesses to attempt or replicate.
