With our filter roast, we are looking for a clean and transparent cup of coffee that showcases the origin in the best possible way. The goal is to showcase a coffee without displaying any negative flavors from the roasting process - that can refer to both under- and over roast.

Espresso Subscription

All of our Espresso would fall into the category of "Modern Espresso."
The machinery we work with today in terms of brewing enables us to push the idea of roasting for espresso.

We want it clean, sweet, and with a buttery mouthfeel. A good espresso has a great structure to it without becoming too heavy or dry - balance is vital, and we welcome acidity but makes sure it is balanced up with sweetness.

House Coffee Subscription

Our House Coffee, Sustainable Profile is based on larger lots from our partner-farmers - this creates a more sustainable financial value and increases the consistency in taste.

This is the perfect option for those of you that want to enjoy the comfort of a really good coffee with a rich body and low acidity while still supporting some of the best coffee farmers in the world. The roast is medium, which gives the coffee a balanced taste experience. Allowing for a low acidity with emphasis on sweetness and clear flavour notes.

Organic Subscription

This is the perfect option for those of you that want to enjoy the comfort of a really good organic lot every month. You will get a shipment of freshly roasted coffee from our organic partners.

This Subscription is not focusing on different coffees every month. We have a longterm perspective and as our Organic Coffee line grows you will see a wider range of coffees but until then you might get the same coffee sent to you every month.
