Find below the guidelines on how to use our mineral water drops.

Ingredients
Water Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride
We recommend a range of 40-90 ppm as a general guide, our preference has been 30-60 total ppm when measuring this way.
Filter – Post Brew
1. Brew coffee
2. Taste
3. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
4. Add 1-2 drops of concentrate, stir / swirl and taste (Total 1-4 should be maximum needed for a single cup brew)
5. Add more as needed, but be aware that adding too much can cause the cup to have a salty flavor
Espresso – Post Brew
1. Brew Coffee
2. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
3. Add 1-2 drops of concentrate & stir
4. Taste
Remineralization
1. Tap water
2. Measure ppm (e.g 20ppm)
3. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
4. Add concentrate until 60 total ppm (1.3g concentrate to a litre to bring it to 60), or 20-30 ppm over base water
5. Shake to incorporate
Demineralized water
´1. Prepare 1 litre of water
2. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
3. Add 1-3g of solution, to reach 30-90 ppm (1g is 30ppm)
4. Shake to incorporateIf we want hard numbers it’s 2-3 g per litre of deminerilized water.
