2. Taste
3. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
4. Add 1-2 drops of concentrate, stir / swirl and taste (Total 1-4 should be maximum needed for a single cup brew)

Demineralized water

´1. Prepare 1 litre of water
2. Shake concentrate for 10 seconds
3. Add 1-3g of solution, to reach 30-90 ppm (1g is 30ppm)
