About
My name is Patrik Rolf and I am the founder of april Coffee Roaster Silver Medalist in the 2019 World Brewers Cup in Boston. And finalist in the World Barista Championship 2022. Which makes me one of a handful professionals in the world that has been in the final of both competitions.
I have extensive experience in consulting other coffee brands with all things coffee & business. The consultancy process has been a way for me to give back to the industry and something I do alongside my CEO & Roast Master role at april.
Because of this, I am selective in regards to what consultancy projects I invest my time in. As always, the idea is to grow together with others.

As I am also running my own Coffee Business, I can give you current and ongoing advice on everything from Green Coffee Sourcing, Profiling work, Business Models, Product Development, Sales, Marketing and so on. The projects I consult for also get access to my network of suppliers in my work with april.
Costs & info
Consultancy Price: €1200 per day (includes 6 hours of work on the day as well as preparation beforehand) + trip and accommodation. Each session is a minimum of 2 days. I offer a "pre-consultancy" zoom meeting if you want to ask some general questions and get a better idea of what I can offer for €200, the meeting is 45 minutes.
Presentations: €500 + trip and accommodation with a minimum stay of two days. The fee includes preparation work.
