These recipes reflect the approach to coffee served in our Showroom.The filter recipe is based on our own april Brewers (flat-based) and our april Paper Filters. As for espresso, the recipes are designed using a Modbar AV.
All of our grind settings reference a Ditting Sweet Lab 804 or a Mahlkonig EK43. You can adjust your grind settings as necessary and use the recommended brew time as a reference.

About the coffee
“Terroir” by Finca Deborah is a pristine washed Geisha that captures the pure character of Panama’s Volcán region — its volcanic soil, cool elevation, and meticulous cultivation. True to its name, the coffee highlights the essence of place, offering a clean, elegant cup layered with jasmine-like florals, bright citrus tones, soft stone fruit, and a refined black-tea finish. Celebrated for its clarity and balance, “Terroir” represents Finca Deborah at its most classic and expressive.
