Shipping policy

We roast, pack and ship coffee orders on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. This means that depending on your shipping option, the order will arrive between 1 to 21 days from roast.

As a buyer, you are responsible for entering the correct information, we do not offer any refunds based on incorrectly entered data, and April Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.

The deadline for our orders (if you want the coffee shipped the same week) is always 12:00 (lunch-time, Copenhagen) on Monday.

If your order contains non-coffee products only and is shipped via an express courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS) we will make sure to ship it within 2-3 business days.

We do not take accountability of the carrier's errors during transit and delivery. If something has happened to your shipment after it was picked up, we are not able to help.

If you refuse the delivery of your order because of extra taxes and duties, and it is returned to us, we do not offer refunds.
