Introduction: HereatAprilwe haven't work with Brazilian Coffee in a long time, the major reason for that being that we haven't been able to find the quality that we are looking for. We met Bruno four years ago during the Amsterdam Coffee Festival and ever since the first time we tried his coffee we realized that he was on to something really tasty.
Four years later, tasting his coffee every season, we are now proud to announce that we are featuring his coffee as our Brazilian-partner farm.
We are even prouder for the opportunity to record this podcast episode together with him. Bruno is as passionate as they come and his experience and expertise are second to none. Enjoy the episode and don't forget to try his coffee,
let's bring Brazilian Coffee back into the spotlight.
In this Episode, we talk about:
- Our current featured Coffee from the farm, Yellow Icatu Natural - The story behind the farm, Fazenda Esperança
April is a coffee roastery, rooted in Copenhagen with the vision to progress the way we roast coffee. We believe that where you are matters. It shapes you as a person and a company, that is why we are in Copenhagen. April is an extension of our interpretation of the city. At April we focus on roasting coffee. That is what we do. It’s our profession and our passion.
