Depulping at the Wetmill - Volcan Azul

In this video, we're back at Volcan Azul Estate in the beautiful Alajuela Province of Costa Rica, this time discovering the Drymill and exploring the de-pulping methods that Alejo uses when processing his coffee.

Alejo is determined to continually increase the quality of his harvest year on year, and the way in which he processes the coffee can make a big impact on the final cupping scores that the lots will receive. Everything is carefully considered, as you will learn in this video.
