We recently released our latest batch of coffee capsules, and this week we're explaining our approach to roasting coffee for this format, as well as what you can do to improve the quality of your own capsule brews. When brewing our capsules, we often find dramatically different results can be achieved by considering the quality of your water, and the relationship between your beverage size and brewing time. We hope that this video journal will provide you with some tips on how to improve the quality of your resulting cups.
Our first new capsule edition, Karogoto PB, has been produced with an excellent washed processed coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya, and you can expect to find pronounced flavours of blackberry and chocolate. The second new edition, San Antonio, has been produced with an excellent honey processed coffee from Santa Ana, El Salvador and features notes of cocoa nibs, macadamia nuts and ripe cherry.
