This week, we’re discussing our approach to coffee competitions as we prepare for the World Brewers Championship 2018, this year held in beautiful Belo Horizonte, Brazil. After winning the Swedish National Championship earlier this year, we deconstructed our performance and judge feedback in order to ensure we could improve and make the changes necessary to score well on an international level.
Over 40 competitors from all across the globe will meet in this year's championship, aiming to display the most innovative brewing techniques, excellent customer service skills as well as enthralling presentations.
