World Brewers Cup Reflections

 This week, Patrik reflects on his recent performance at the 2018 World Brewers Cup Championship, this year held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Whilst the result wasn't exactly what we set out to achieve, preparing and competing this year has been an incredibly valuable experience and has only strengthened our understanding of coffee brewing overall.
