The Pillcocaja farm in Ecuador
This farm is located in the Azuay Province in Ecuador. And it's operated by brother and sister, Nicolas & Ana. This year will mark the third season we are working together.
The Volcán Azul farm in Costa Rica
The Volcán Azul farm is a truly remarkable coffee estate located in the Alajuela region of Costa Rica and overseen by producer Alejo Castro. We have been working with Alejo since the start here at April and every season, he provides us with some of our absolute favorite coffees.
The El Socorro farm in Guatemala
The El Socorro farm is known for its consistent quality, and producer Diego del la Cerda has established himself as one of the best producers in the country. This is our first season working together, and we are looking forward to many more.
Zewde & Arsosala in Ethiopia
Our first Ethiopian lot this season has been processed at the Arsosala Washing Station and is comprised of cherries delivered by over 1200 smallholder farmers from the Guji region. As for Zewde, is our first Single Farmer project coming out of our of our favourite producing countries, Ethiopia. This is the third year we've been purchasing this coffee, following a visit in December 2020.

Sustainable Profile
Sustainable Profile is an exploration of the coffee supply and value chain. An exercise in producing excellent quality products by respecting the supply chain in its entirety. It has been a long held philosophy of ours that it is important to grow together with our partners, in this case the strength of our relationship is based on a foundation of honesty, transparency and respect.
