The water you use when brewing coffee matters. In fact it matters so much that we created our own specific Water Mineral Blend. On our journey to reclaim coffee flavor we wanted a brewing water that could help us showcase the unique terroir and varieties that our parter producers represent. Perfectly catered to our style of roasting and the April Brewers.
There are two main ways that we recommend using our minerals. Both steps starts with a a solid one minute of shaking the bottle of minerals. After that you either use 1g of minerals per 1L of brewing water or you can drop in 1-2 drops of the minerals directly in the brewed cup of coffee.
For the best result we recommend using a low ppm water (10-30 ppm) as a base for your minerals. Each bottle of Water Minerals generates around 100-200 coffee cups, depending on the volume of your brews.

This product is made specifically for April and produced in collaboration with Apax Lab. We don't recommend that you use these minerals for your Espresso Machine (however, you can get some great results by dropping it into the brewed Espresso).
