April Athlete: Adrian Berg
I started off as a bar-back at Workshop Coffee Co in London back in 2012. At that point, I had a vague interest in coffee and wanted to learn more. I was trained as a barista for six months before moving back to Norway. I've worked for four different concepts, one of which I co-started with the roaster Jacobsen & Svart in Trondheim. I've held many different positions, from a barista, trainer, general manager, regional manager and recently I've taken the step to become a home roaster. My heart lies in coffee competitions. I view them as a way to develop myself as a barista and I hope to never stop learning.
