This week, Patrik demonstrates our latest release. A Filter Drip Pack we've introduced to make brewing on the go that little bit easier and more convenient. Created for all of you travelers and jet-setters, those that wish to explore the world yet expect a tasty cup of Filter Coffee wherever you go. Our first release features two excellent Ethiopian coffees, a Naturally processed Surma Gesha from the Gesha Village estate as well as a fresh washed processed Ethiopian Heirloom from the Boji Processing Station in Kochere.

World Brewers Cup Recipe - Final Round - Patrik Rolf

This week Patrik demonstrates the recipe and technique that he most recently used when competing in this year's Brewers Cup Final. We made a brewing device specifically for the competition, with the intention of producing a very distinct final cup. The recipe and technique were then designed with the shape and function of the brewer in mind, and in this weeks video, we'd like to show you an example of the dosing and pouring structure we prefer. Coffee Subscription February 2019

This week, we sat down together at the roastery to discuss our latest Subscription release. Our subscription members receive between 1 to 5 bags of coffee every month, and we're committed to providing them with not only the highest quality roasted coffee but also offering access to our roasting specifications and an approach towards brewing.This month, our focus coffee was Gatomboya AA, a fantastically vibrant and fruit forward Kenyan coffee from the Nyeri region. Introducing our new Brazilian Coffee from Fazenda Esperança a Natural Processed Yellow Icatu

This week, we're very pleased to release a new and exciting coffee from our partner farmer in Brazil, Bruno S Souza of Fazenda Esperança in Minas Gerais. It has been over two years since our last Brazilian release, and we have been incredibly impressed by the flavour intensity and acidity structure of this new addition to our offering. It's our first time working with a Yellow Icatu cultivar, and this particular lot has been carefully natural processed. This week we discuss the challenges of creating a cold brew coffee product, is it possible to create a cold extracted coffee beverage which is both delicious as well as clean and stable? Inspired by the absence of additive free and tasty products currently on the market, we recently experimented using our own coffee as well as incorporating carbonation to create a refreshing beverage perfect for the coming summer months.
