Sparkling Cold Brew

This week we discuss the challenges of creating a cold brew coffee product, is it possible to create a cold extracted coffee beverage which is both delicious as well as clean and stable? Inspired by the absence of additive free and tasty products currently on the market, we recently experimented using our own coffee as well as incorporating carbonation to create a refreshing beverage perfect for the coming summer months.
